Purchase Instructions

Learn about iVCam purchase options, subscription tiers, and how to manage your purchases.

You are free to use all iVCam's features except that there's an "iVCam" watermark in the top-left corner of the video and occasional ads.

After the trial expires, you will only be able to use low-quality video (640 × 480), and some features such as Camera Settings, Background Removal will be restricted.

You may purchase the license to remove the watermark and ads while unlocking full functionality, or watch rewarded ads in the app to continue testing all features.

Purchase

Purchase the App (via the purchase page in the iVCam app)

The app can freely connect to any iVCam PC client (no need to register the PC software with a license code).
Purchase the PC client (on the e2eSoft website, the 1 Year subscription is PREMIUM ANNUAL subscription)

The licensed PC client software (registered with a license code) can accept the connection of iVCam app from any iPhone or Android phone without any restrictions.

You can choose which one to buy according to your needs.

Usually, you only need to buy one side, there's no need to buy both the app and PC client.

App Purchase (In-App Purchase)

There are 2 purchase options for iVCam:

Subscriptions
- BASIC ANNUAL
- PREMIUM ANNUAL
Subscription tier changes:
- Basic → Premium (upgrade):
  - iOS: Once you have paid for the Premium subscription, you will immediately upgrade and receive a refund of the prorated amount of the Basic subscription.
  - Android: Once you have paid for the price difference for the remaining period, you will immediately upgrade and the billing cycle remains the same.
- Premium → Basic (downgrade): Changes will take effect at the next renewal date.
Note: Actual upgrade/downgrade policies are governed by Apple and Google Store.
PERMANENT LICENSE

Full feature access with one-time payment. Non-refundable and non-convertible to subscriptions.

If you want to change the purchase from Subscription to Permanent, you can buy it directly, but you will not receive any refund for the remaining subscription.

Restore Purchases

If you switch devices, reinstall the app, or perform a factory reset, "Restore Purchases" allows you to recover previously purchased in-app items:

iOS: You can use iVCam purchases on other iOS devices logged in with the same Apple ID. Simply restore purchases on iVCam's purchase page.
Android: You can use iVCam purchases on other Android devices logged in with the same Google account. Sign in to the Google Play Store with that account.

A known Google Play issue: Google Play cannot send the order status to iVCam if there are more Google Accounts on your device, please remove other accounts (in the device's Options > Accounts) and reboot the device. iVCam will automatically retrieve your purchase status.

Request Refund

iOS: Request a refund for Apple purchases
Android: Request a refund via Google Play

We support Apple's Family Sharing, allowing you to share iVCam purchases with up to six family members.

Purchases cannot be shared between iOS and Android devices, as payments are processed by Apple and Google, not us. Therefore, iOS licenses cannot be transferred to Android devices, and vice versa. Similarly, licenses cannot be transferred between in-app purchases and PC purchases.
